Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Here at QD Computers we strive to provide the best customer service and best purchasing experience to all of our customers. How To Return An Item
If your item was sold to you as new, it must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. If your item was sold to you as pre-owned or refurbished, it must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging you received it in. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, ink or toner cartridges, any other consumable for printers, Licenses and video games

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please DO NOT consider a return exception granted unless you receive an email from authorized QD Computers personnel indicating the return exception and resolution provided. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


If your item proves to be defective within the stated warranty period we will provide you the option of returning the item for a full refund, keeping the item for a partial refund, returning a portion of the item for a partial refund, or exchanging your item for another item of equal value. If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different brand or model of equal value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
